What credit cards can I use?
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover; we do not accept American Express at this time.
Can I use my debit card?
Yes, if your debit card has the Visa, MasterCard logo. and Discover; electronic checks are also acceptable.
When will my card be charged?
In most cases, your credit card will be charged on the date of the transaction. Occasionally the charge may appear on the next business day.
When will the payment be posted to my Portal account?
Your payment will be applied to your water account as soon as you’ve submitted your payment on our website.
Will I get a receipt?
A confirmation is automatically sent to your email when a payment is made and a receipt is also emailed when the payment is processed. You may print the transaction confirmation screen if you wish.
Is the Web Portal secure?
Yes. The portal uses 128 Bit SSL encryption, communication with webpages are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet. The web portal is secured by a VeriSign SSL certificate.

Should you have questions regarding charges to your account or if you feel you have made a payment in error and wish to inquire about a refund, please contact Finance and Customer Service staff..
